The Northeast Officials Association (NEOA) will provide and prepare officials for game assignments through exceptional service to our member schools.
The NEOA will be the state model and flagship Association in basketball officiating through core values and beliefs set forth by the North Carolina High School Athletics Association (NCHSAA).
Our goal is to train officials on the values of sportsmanship, integrity, fair play, respect, rule knowledge, application and mechanics as mandated by the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS).
