In order to help our Officiating Staff grow to be the best in the state, the NEOA will have evaluators attending games throughout the season. These evaluators will give an honest assessment to the crews they see. This PDF form, you can download here, will be the form each evaluator will use. Each form will be turned into The Regional Supervisor of Officials for the NEOA, Eddie Buffaloe.
